I know there have been many discussions about reviews being declined, but I just had my first one, and although I think it may fall under the catagory of 'service', I just think people who are buying might want to know about it.

I ordered H193709 which are some beautiful oil rubbed bronze sconces which I love (I said this in the review.) But twice now, the glass hurricanes around the candles was shattered on arrival. I asked if they could just send the glass hurricane part, and for a week, they checked on it, but 'no', the whole thing had to go back. Twice. I would think their shipping dept. would get on a better way to package the item or they must be spending a ton if it happens a lot (can't believe it's not..nothing special about my shipping location) on return shipping.

Anyway, just sharing my frustration and empathy for those of you who take the time to try to write something relevant (and certainly not all negative) just to have it denied. I can see if it's general customer service that is the complaint etc., but certainly how they 'package' an item seems to be relevant to the item itself, if you can't count on getting it to you in one piece. {#emotions_dlg.sad}
