First five years of my husband's life he lived on grandparents farm in Arkansas while his dad was in Korea. He specifically remembers their newspaper wallpaper. My mountain North Carolina aunt put newsprint on her kitchen walls. Good memories, but wouldn't want to decorate this way.

It looks like someone is in the process of renovating, OR trying to cover up a bad wallpaper or paint job..............

OMG - boy oh boy did this take me back!! My house I lived in with my first husband had newsprint wallpaper in the bathroom.It also had old fixtures like this as well.
