Only thing I see that could be an issue, how close to the sink is this, I would hate to be schleping the water vessel for the coffee back and forth

Also, no refrigeration for half& half, other flavored creamers. Not a wine drinker but a wine fridge would be nice.

I don't serve guests coffee/tea without offering a little nosh to go with.

@Snowpuppy,Absolutely! DS would have absolutely agreed with you. I didn't think of it! I'd get or would have installed a wider cabnet unit on the right side (there's enough room and most people are right handed), and install a little fridge.
