I don't like anything about that room.

 

Why does it look like a framed item is hung on the drapes?

I think the room has good bones.   I'm not a fan of the blue paint, I would want it to be more muted.   Agree with others that the artwork on the dominant wall needs to be edited so is it a smaller grouping.   I would have prefered pieces that were not very small art with huge framing mats.   I'd prefer a small grouping of pieces that were more visible. 

 

I'd want the furniture to be edited.   Not a fan of the victorian loveseat.  I'd really rather have a loveseat that matched the sofa and was the same color.  Then tie them together with nice pillows of the same color/style.
