I do like the clean lines and openness . Everything kept pretty simple.

And,  no clutter =  fabulous, for me!

The chairs in the top two pictures are a little modern for me.  Overall though, I like it very much!  I'll bet it's gorgeous in person.  I love the fireplace screen.  I was looking at fireplace screens the other day wishing I could have one.  I have glass doors to my fireplace.

Like the dining room rug - but that's all.  Guess this designer is not my taste (her taste is probably better, but I like mine!)

The dichotomy between the architecture of this house and what she put into it makes no sense whatsoever to me.  

 

This designer speaks to me--but I'm not liking what she's saying.  

Strive for respect instead of attention. It lasts longer.
