I think this looks very nice. I wouldn't care if someone had me in a guest room with a Murphy bed. For that matter, I wouldn't care if they put me in a guest room with an Aero bed on the floor. I'd just be happy that they set me up in a private room with a surface on which to sleep.

They would be impressed that I splurged on a bed.

I don't have claustrophobia but I think I'd get it sleeping here.
And I'd keep wondering if someone or something was behind the doors!
I do like how they use the doors and hanging baskets and things on them.

Looking at those small legs under the end of the bed, I wonder if the bed folds up & into the closet & you can shut the closet doors when your guests have left?

It would save space.........but where would you put your clothes?

My in-laws had one something like that in their snowbird house in Florida. It looked like an enclosed bookcase in the den, but opened into a queen size bed, turning the den into a second guest room.

The one my in-laws had just flipped up into the closet. It had straps for securing the mattress and the legs would fold down. Once the bed was in place, they just closed the doors until the next time they needed it.

If they could perfect this type of bed, where it really folded up into the closet easily, yet was as substantial and solid as a traditional bed, I'd be in for it.
Beds and nice linens are definitely a big part of a room's decor, but for small rooms or rooms that you wish to double purpose, this would be great!.
If they are just cheap and uncomfortable sofa type beds, they aren't really worth it to me.

would never give up a closet so that a bed could come out of it.

I think its a Murphy Bed that folds up into that closet. I like it. Its very cute and a great idea if you have guests and have limited space.
