That was big back in the early 70s.

@jubilant  That's a cuddle with my grandkids chair! I remember these from many years ago. There was one on the deck at the house my parents rented in Naples FL back in the early 80's. My kids loved it!

@PA Mom-mom  Oh, that sounds better yet!   Nothing quite like snuggling with your grandchildren

I do not care for anything in this area except the books.

@jubilant

I like the ceiling & large windows.  Not so much the rest of the room though.

I agree with you about the cats on the swing.  Even at 19, I think both of my cats wouldn't hesitate trying to jump on it & most likely keeping it as another one of their many beds.

@jubilant

That is a very restful look.  I would not want to live there but would like to visit there,  These suspended swings are all the rage now.  I recall back in the 1970s when every World Bazaar in the world had them in multiples.  I never got one but I had friends who had them.

@jubilant , I was tempted by this type of swing for outdoors.  I got over it quick when Inteied the swing out.  The ribbing on the front seat really dug into the backs of my legs so I gave it a pass.  I have three swings on my property which I really enjoy.  S
