Everything is so festive and beautiful, so many lovely decorations, elegance and class. I can appreciate all the work and love that went into it all.

I'm wondering about the recipe cards
The answer is:
Recipe cards decorating a Christmas tree in the China Room were contributed by the 150 volunteers, who helped decorate the White House for the holidays.
I would love to volunteer to help with the White House decorations at least one time.
It must be quite an experience.
