When do you start your Christmas Decorating?

Normally we start the week of Thanksgiving.....I think this year we will probably do it the Monday after Thanksgiving as we will be out of town for th eweekend right after..

It doesn't take us long, usually one day.....We don't decorate our outside with too much, mostly just indoors...

Got all my Christmas decorating done last week including the outside lights but won't turn them on until Thanksgiving night.

Early December. I put out the wreaths and window candles first. Then I move on to other decorations and the tree. I leave my decorations up through Epiphany.

I don't really decorate much anymore. I have 2 small treees that I never undecorate, a lighted wreath on the front door and a couple lighted hanging baskets on my deck. I have tons of stuff, but not much interest anymore.

I like to fully enjoy each holiday before I move on to the next, so I normally decorate the first week of December. It's just been my tradition!

When it hits me. I generally keep thing to a minimum which is completely the opposite of what everyone else does. It just depends on what my plans are. One thing that I started doing that I LOVE... instead of a ton of store bought decorations, I like lots of fresh christmas flower arrangements. They are so beautiful. And the clean up is easy. No storage.... Simple if you like to buy bulk flowers... some white and red flowers with pine cones & greens... boom! It's Xmas Ya'll!
