It's kind of hard to say without some furniture in the room first. It would be much easier to visualize if that were the case.

Everyone has said that @SilleeMee.  I jumped ahead of myself.  I will have extra bodies to help me move the furniture in a few weeks and then let you all take another look.

I really appreciate everyone's suggestions and I love the bookcase pics.

@Laura14... I agree with @Sweetbay magnolia..the furniture needs to be situated first.  I think it will give you a better idea how the room will feel.

@Laura14

I might do an overlay of some of your posters and mix in some small mirrors with interesting shapes.  I would not invest in expensive frames for the mirrors because I’d paint them in a high gloss ‘pop’ color.  For me that color pop would be Chinese Red, but with your grey and purple you might want to use yellow, or aqua, or your fave pop.

As  @GingerPeach  Mentioned, lay it out on butcher block paper and measure first.  And of course your furniture will decide how much space you have to work with.

I’ve missed some posts obviously, are you in your own place or with family, did you relocate?

How exciting!  Best Wishes!

@Drythe  Two out of three.  I now have my own separate place in a family house that they use every few weeks when they are in town.  They'll be upstairs now and I'll be downstairs on my own terrace level.

I love your idea of mixing pictures and mirrors.  Didn't consider that.  Thank you!

Re: What would you do with this wall?

@Laura14  I would place a long table (hallway table) on that wall and a beautiful, large mirror above it.  Then you can place different objects on the table.  Or, you could hang shelves above the table and place different pictures on the shelves.  I prefer the mirror.  Good luck whatever you decide on.  Cat Happy

I agree with the others...it looks like a large wall, so I'd get the furniture in place first. That will help you decide. Is this a lower level, or is it the main level? It sort of depends on what the room will be used for. As much as I love (loved) wallpaper, be careful with it, because if you get tired of it, it's a pain in the neck to remove. One idea (depending on the use of the room) would be to install a beautiful thick chair rail about 30" up, and extend it around the room or just on the one wall, and decorate above it. Would love to see how you end up decorating this room.

@Laura14

Since you mentioned your actor posters, how about some inspiration for the Hollywood Glam style?

If no other furniture (couch or chairs) are planned for this space, how about a good sized stand alone fireplace.

Nice  ambience when lit. It would warm up all the white and gray and you would have a mantle to decorate.  Your movie posters would look great hung above it.

Re: What would you do with this wall?

@Laura14  Those Pier 1 bookshelves are beautiful, but if they are a little more then you would like to spend, I would take a look at Target.

Target has some nice bookcases that are very reasonable if just starting out and you don't want to spend a lot.

This bookcase is a silver finish with mirrored doors.  Be sure to check the height before you buy since sometimes they look taller then they are.

The picture isn't great, but on their site, search Hollywood furniture, and they have a lot of mirrored cabinets and similar.  The bookcase is on sale for under $180.  You have to build it yourself, but if you are handy, you can save a lot of money and have a glam look.
