Re: What's your housekeeping "dirty little secret"?

I am with you!  Everything has a place and everything in its place.

I think my biggest secret is-- I rarely clean. At least in the traditonal dust the whole house, clean the bathrooms etc.  I clean as I go and run the vaccum every other day, sometimes everyday.

If the toilet looks like it needs scrubbed, I just do it real quick.  Same with spots on the mirrors or whatever. But I rarely have a big cleaning day

Everything just looks clean.  It's not.  LOL.

I'd say my secret is that I am to clean...it's kind of an obsession.

@Carmie   Are you serious?   There was nothing CRUDE about my statement.

Would putting grease down the sink count? It's followed by a hot water rinse.

Am I the only one who thinks this is a really bad idea?

It's an obsession with me too @Mom2Dogs .  And with a heavy shedder (a rough coated Collie) it keeps me busy!

It's not a good idea, but I've been known to do it a few times myself.

Maybe crude wasn't the right word.  Perhaps I should have said rude.

Gee, that's kind of harsh.  I clean my own house, but still have a life.

@Citrine1

Not at all.  All women deserve to have lunch out with a friend.

Work all day, come home cook.  Saturday clean.  Sunday church.  OH!....  She gets an entire half a day to herself.

Lucky lady, huh???

@scatcat  it is, but I admit I've done it, too.  I also run with scissors, clean my ears with qtips, use google for medical advice.  The list goes on... lol

Perhaps you should have minded your own business.
