What's a Good Plug In Room Air Freshner

I have tried several different ones and wasn't too impressed with any of them. They all threw off very little scent. Just looking for a clean fresh scent that is not too overpowering.

I love Scentsy melts! Get the plug in one and it's not too overpowering.

I have used the B&BW Wallflowers, but they can be overpowering depending on what scent you choose, and they cost too much unless you buy a bunch when they are on sale. Also, I don't like the fact that the diffusers don't last very long anymore. (I guess they aren't made as well as they used to be.)

I don't know if you have tried Glade plug ins, but I love them. You can get the clean scents and they aren't overpowering, but they work. I have the BBW's in our bedroom but they just don't seem to work well for us. The Wallflower itself doesn't seem to last and they are just too expensive to keep replacing.

I like the Glade and buy up my favorite scents. I had a friend come into my house once to let the dog out and she told my husband later that she didn't know what I did, but our house smelled so good that she didn't want to leave. She said she looked all around looking for what smelled so good.{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

I have great luck with those ones that hold the small bottle and you plug them into the wall. They have a fan that blows out the smell.

I can sometimes hear the fan going around. I love them. People come into my house and tell me it smells good. I wouldn't know because I cannot smell nor taste at all. That's why I have so many plug-ins going all of of the time.

I use the febreze plug in. It's in the living room. I get a whiff of it now and then. It's not overpowering. I usually buy mountain breeze fragrance or something similar.

Retired08 - What are your favorite Glade scents?

Annabelle - What brand do you buy that has the fan?

The BBW are expensive as others have said. So I assume the Glade and Febreeze are less expensive. I see coupons frequently in the Sunday paper.

Bikkie and Orchids4Me,

I use the Clean Cotton scent and, when I can find it, Apple Cinnamon. They often put out seasonal scents, so I am anxious to see what there will be for the spring.

In the Fall, they had one that was called Falling Leaves (I think that was it) that was wonderful.

I also bought up a lot of the Sparkling Spruce during Christmas.

I like them because they aren't overpowering at all, but you do get a nice "whiff" as you walk into a room.

They are far more economical than any other I've found. I'm tired of replacing the BBW's Wallflower units, and they don't last as long as the Glade.

Me Too! I think it's called Fresh something or other. I also like the Lilac and Vanilla for our bedroom.

I also like Yankee Candle brand but they are just too da@ned expensive.
