Formal room in Florida and they are expecting extra guests, whose chairs will be re-positioned when they show up.

Designers love to do kooky things with occasional chairs-- I've seen this done before.  Easy to move them around to suit.

I find the room traditional, colorful, fun.  The room of a collector of natural objects perhaps, although I can't quite make out what's being displayed in that glass box.  Although I'm not personally that keen on murals of this sort, have seen it done effectively in so many traditional rooms, especially in New England. 

I'd curl up in that little corner settee with a book and enjoy the bountiful bouquets of flowers which bring life to any room.  @Allegheny, I think your response to this room was right on the money!

Very Cosmopolitan and formal.  I wouldn't be particularily at ease or relaxed in the room.  I'd say the owner is a man or woman around town.

This room looks like it belongs it belongs to someone that may have traveled.  There is no warmth in this room and looks staged and unliveable.
