I have been buying stuff now to get ready for Christmas (my husband is sick and I want him to enjoy it). I ordered the 9' and the 6' Bethlehem Lights Garland with Glistening Lights together and over 4 days ago. I have been checking on them and it keeps say "In Process." I paid by my usual way with my credit card. It finally said that the 9' shipped today.
What takes so long? They can't find it in the warehouse? They are waiting for more to arrive? Dan had a show this morning with Christmas stuff and garlands were still in stock. So wouldn't my 6' ship out at the same time?

In process means, your order is waiting for further action. It could be shipment, back order status or cancel. Most times it means shipping out. You may want to signup to receive a confirmation email concerning your account. Go to My Account> Email&Mobile Preference.

Thanks for your post, nutmeg3. I went back to check just to be sure, but I have all of that checked off and ready to go. I got the email that my 9' was being shipped, that is why I came here to check on the other one.

Also, I believe they put that it is "in process" almost immediately on some items which makes it impossible to cancel the order. I ordered an item and decided later in the day that it wasn't for me and it wouldn't let me cancel. Interesting that it took another 6 days to actually ship it.

I ordered the 12 bottle wine set yesterday evening. A few hours later, I clicked cancel but rec'd an email from QVC that said "this item is being shipped by the vendor". So - I couldn't cancel at that point BUT, after reviewing the video this morning with David V. and the vendor, I ordered another 12-pack. M45457. Great Buy and EZ holiday gifts.
