If I don't have anything I have to do then I watch my favorite movies or TV shows on DVD.

I'd like to say I'd be very productive . . . cleaning, organizing, etc. But past experience tells me I use that time to waste time -- watching TV, playing on the internet, etc. ![]()

On the couch, under a blanket with my kitterkat next to me watching mindless television! That really translates into taking a nap for the afternoon.![]()

Probably read a good book, with my cat and dog nearby snoozing.

Give thanks that it's not snow, and wait to see the tulips pop up. Right about now, I think someone needs to be building a boat of some sort. Our water in ponds and lakes is up!

I'm a big fan of anything horror, but my favorite are slasher movies...older ones like Halloween, Texas Chainsaw, Black Xmas, and Friday the 13th are still the best.
The husband is not a fan so if he is around we'll do a sci-fi/fantasy movie marathon like Star Wars, Alien franchise, or The Hobbit/Lord of the Rings.
Love movie marathons on a dreary rainy day!
My bolding, does he shake in his boots? ROFLOL My husband would have the sheet up to his eyeballs and he'd be keeping an eye on me. LOL @kzjohnson

We had a lunch date and it is raining hard here. I did not take an umbrella because I thought I could run through the drops into the restaurant. Well it didn't work out that way and I got soaked - ruined hair and MU - and drenched clothes all through lunch. One good thing - they had chicken soup, so at least my innerds got warm.By the time we were leaving I did not even care that I got wet again. At least the woman who caused me to get drenched realized it and apologized.

I've asked him @qualitygal and he has never been able to give me a concrete answer. They don't bother him, he just doesn't like them. I can totally appreciate. I know horror movies aren't for everyone especially the gory ones.
So, when we are sharing the family room I tend to not suggest any horror movies. Besides, I'd rather watch them without the eye rolling and snide comments anyhow! ![]()

It depends on whether it is a cold rain, or warm.
On a cold rainy day all I want to do is cover up with one of my Basso fur throws and nap.
Warm rain sends me out to my Florida room to paint. The light is softer, the sound of rain on the roof, and Linda Eder on the .... I'm in water color heaven.
Today (on Day 5 of rain) has me working on my closet season changeover. Before I buy too much for Spring & Summer, I'd better open these tubs of warm weather clothes! I am ALWAYS astounded by how much stuff I have packed away from the year before.... and often am wondering WHY??!!

Last year as I wore it for the last time of the season, if it wasn't presentable enough to leave the backyard I got rid of it and it was most of it, so I have slowly been replacing things.
