What are we supposed to do with this?

I find this very unusual looking, not sure what one could do with them.  Measure 15" diameter.  I do live in an apartment.  Not watching today.  Thanks

 

edited to add - they apparently come in several sizes.

I hate to disparage a product someone may love but those balls, in weird colors especially, are one of the worst products I've seen QVC carry.  They bear no resemblence to any living plant and look totally fake.  They are the ultimate tacky plastic product.  The wreaths are just as bad.

I don't watch Q so I have no idea what they are.

Does not matter since I don't need them. LOL!!!
