The skylight that they have is a good idea.  I love beautiful, refined linens and bedding that looks like a scrumptious marshmallow.  If there are more windows, at the end of the room that we can't see, I think it could be a neat space--  a little guest room or cozy teenager's room tucked under the eaves....

It's an attic from what I can see. I'd be afraid of a bat swooping down.

@Annabellethecat66

I agree.  No windows, low ceiling, etc.  NOPE

Re: What about this bedroom? Different isn"t it?

@AuntG You reminded me of the time a bat visited me.

At the time my husband was working 2 jobs and going to computer classes.. Eventually he ended getting his masters degree, but I digress..

I go in the basement.  It was a real basement with cinderblocks and a sump pump.  But the washer was down there.

I open the door going down there.....whoops!  Just realized this is the wrong place for one of my stories,

I get called out for that.  I was doing better..(WAS)..

Sorry.

I  need a room with windows that I can open and close.   This would maybe work for a preteen but certainly not me.

That's really not a bedroom, is it?

Nothing about sleeping in an attic appeals to me. Dust and splinters from those bare, rough floorboards.  No thanks.
