Home Depot installed my carpet in two bedrooms in 2018.  It was a nightmare.

Never again with Home Depot!

@BunSnoop  I would go to 3 stores.  Empire, Home Depot and Luna.  I am in Illinois too. then you will have 3 prices, quality, warranty, etc. to choose from.  Good luck.
