@Bird mama

Look who I saw today - a pair of Western bluebirds.

 

I see these very infrequently so it's always a treat to see them.  As you probably know, they are losing habitat.  They were on the ground on the street in front of my house busily pecking at something that had captured their interest - some little seeds or insects perhaps.

 

I'm not sure where you are posting or I would have gone to that forum.

Beautiful...I too am a bird lover...But not a bird expert that is for sure. I have several bird baths in my garden along with a huge bird feeder that is an art sculpture.  I just love watching them.  I love the yellow & red finches and snow birds that grace my garden in winter...(West Coast).  They just make my Heart sing!
