Wednesday's Two Homes for the Holidays...

One formal, one informal... Take your pick...

Love this one and yes, I wish I could get a view of the front...

I like them both, but in different ways. I do feel they both embody the essence of the holiday season; and find them each to embrace a warm and comforting feeling.

I too like both of them.

The second looks very similar to the homes in the Historic Section of our community. Lovely and stately.

The second is cozy..I can see myself sitting in front of the wood burning fireplace right now.

I would love to see the inside of both. Many times the inside is not what we expect or would want.

I'll pick the top one:  something comforting, going back to days gone by.

Love them both!  The red barn looks like many homes & buildings on the winding country roads here.

Love them both!

Both are neat. I think the red one looks like a out building on a farm, such as a granary.

@AuntG I agree!  And, porch/no porch?  EASY decision for me!  The second one!

I too like them both, and the 2nd one definitely reminds me of the homes here in my city that are right on Lake Michigan, old, stately, charming with lots of history!

The 1st one looks very charming and sweet!
