Re: We were wondering why birdbath empty

We've seen our little bee (we think it's a wasp) several times since Monday.  It's fascinating to watch it.  It comes and sometimes sits on the edge of the bird bath for a drink or goes in the water and seems to float.  It doesn't stay as long, maybe 15 seconds, and when it flies away it goes in the opposite direction of where we are sitting.  It seems to have found a safe place to land when thirsty.  Smiley Happy

So cute!!!!  I have a bird bath and I don't know who drinks from it but hopefully the visitors enjoy!

How beautiful. Every body has to have water.  Thanks for posting.
