Wax burner

Need recommendations for a good electric wax burner. I've tried a couple different ones - cheapies from Walmart - but they never seem to work well. There just doesn't seem to be as much scent as those that use a candle as heat source. I've seen some by Yankee - do they work well? Any good ones by BBW? I have been burning candles but I now want something that burns cleaner than a candle. Have noticed some smoke residue on my ceilings.
