It pains me to write this because I LOVE these candles!!! I ordered two of the new window candles and one came defective and flame did not work. QVC is sold out so they can not offer an even exchange so I called the company directly and they basically said "there's nothing we can do." Really?!?! Nothing they can do to stand behind one of "their" defective products??? This doesn't seem right to me at all! I know that I ordered through QVC but qvc has no stock left and I need two window candles not just one. I am now very leary about ordering anymore products from a company that does NOT stand behind them.
***This is NOT a thread bashing QVC's customer service at all! QVC customer service is always top notch doing whatever is takes to make the customer happy! I'm sure that QVC will make this right and issue me a full refund when I return the candle but that's not the point I really wanted a replacement something I think the company should have be able to do.
