I'm not a fan of leather anything but I would choose the first one.

I much prefer the color of the first one. I love caramel colors, especially in leather.

I like both colors, but the first one is much more neutral for use over time, changing decor over time, and just warmer and richer.

I prefer the first color, both chair and ottoman.
