I think it's awesome!  It's got a pretty fancy firelplace for a bedroom.  I love a nice fireplace in the winter.  We had a beautiful one in our previous home but just in the living room.  I would have loved one in the bedroom and I don't think it would "overheat" the room as heat rises, I believe it would just add a bit of warmth.   The quilt and comforter is quite cozy looking.

It definitely looks warm & cozy, but it's not my style. I like the fireplace but I don't like the walls, fabrics, furnishings, or accessories.

We have a fireplace in our bedroom.  Never ever used it.  Probably never will.

I love this look, so warm and cozy, comfortable and inviting. My late girlfriend  and her family lived in a beautiful log cabin and this photo reminds me of her place.
