Too traditonal for me (looks old fashion).  I like a some looks from Pottery Barn that have clean lines and are more contemporary.

I think the rug is wonderful and while there's nothing truly superlative or extremely different about this dining room, it is, to me,  a pleasant and warm space for mealtime. I didn't care for the light at first glance and though it sort of grew on me, I'd have selected something else for this space.
