Re: Warm Tones in the Library...

A perfect Library!  I could curl up on that sofa with a book and a glass of wine and lose myself, totally in my novel!  Love how the couch recedes into the wall nook and tricks the eye to the size of the sofa. Love the painting above as well.  The wall lights are perfectly placed for reading. For me this is what a Library should be.  Only thing missing is a cat curled up and a fireplace.

It’s masculine but inviting, and I would enjoy reading in that chair. The horn-leg table would be immediately removed!

I wouldn’t want to read there because it’s too imposing.

@stevieb  The room is too dark and masculine for me, but I do like that chair and ottoman.  It looks really comfortable.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

Where is the humidor and/or Scotch?

Too heavy handed for my taste.  Not a fan.

Re: Warm Tones in the Library...

It's a little too dark and stuffy for me.  I'm also not a big fan of open bookcases as it comes off as clutter to me.
