For those of you who buy from WOOT. After receiving an item that was defective, I notified WOOT and they sent out a replacement immediately. In the email notifying me of this I was also told that I would be sent a separate email with a printing label on it and to mail the defective one immediately! This was in September and after several emails back to them stating I still had not received the label, Im at a loss. Should I consider the item (albeit defective) mine to keep? This was not a cheap item and I don't want to all of a sudden see a charge for it on my card down the road.
