For Bethlehem Lights, the rep is Chad Johnston; his company is T.O. Epps and Associates.  But wouldn't you prefer to contact Bethlehem Lights directly?  Chad is employed by Q to demonstrate the BL product on TV; I doubt he'd be able to help with customer service issues.

I don't know about the other one you mentioned, Wicker Park.

Wicker Park was part of Bethlehem Lights.  I  think that line was discontinued.

The quality of Bethlehem Lights has diminished over the years. My last purchase lasted 2 weeks.  Im done with them.

Re: WHO IS REP FOR BETHLEHEM LIGHTS??

My white swag stopped working after 4 weeks. Then with next set of new batteries worked only 3 days. Have replaced the batteries 3 more times but cannot get this beautiful swag to work. Thought I was the only one with this problem then I read thru the many bad reviews since December. So who to contact???
Seems like many of us customers were all sent defective items that conveniently stopped working when it's now too late to return!!!
This white swag was beautiful with the many light options but it's too expensive to just sit on a mantel without the lights!!!
What can I do now to return this defective swag and receive one that works???
