WARNING PHONE CALL FROM QVC re Vacuum wine opener!!!

I purchased 2 of this TSV before Christmas as gifts. Yesterday I received a recorded message warning from QVC stating the product was under review AS IT CAUSED SOME BOTTLES TO SHATTER. No infor regarding return, etc. Just do not use it.

Anyone else know about this? I will notify the recipients. As an interesting note, they are still selling this product with NO NOTE REGARDING the warning. WHY???

What happened to the QUALITY part of QVC??? Lately it is lacking

I will also be returning the pandigital ebook. Horrible. I questioned their quality on that as well and never received any response.
