@scraphappy wrote:Hello Everyone.....We are in the processing of moving from California to Georgia. We've started looking at homes and they all have double ovens, which I like, but they're all electric. Is this the norm?

I also have a gas cook-top and electric double wall oven. We built our home and I vaguely remember there was a specific reason why we could not we could not have a gas double oven but I can not remember why????

I do not believe I have ever seen a gas double wall oven in someone's kitchen here.
But,, they do different things in different areas for different reasons - maybe, just ask your realtor out there. It may just be that is the more common way to go or it could just be the builders choice .
