Re: Villa Bedroom in Florence

@lolakimono  I'm not thinking cats, more like an adult playground!   The room itself is magnificent and in the right hands would be spectacular.

Re: Villa Bedroom in Florence

An incredible space but as configured, I wouldn't choose it for my bedroom... And I'll just put it right out there, I have no use for that alleged bed, although I guess falling out of bed wouldn't be much of a risk...

Re: Villa Bedroom in Florence

I don't understand the dressing room.  Can't reach any of the shelves and I certainly wouldn't want all my clothes exposed.  Even if they were all Armani.

Re: Villa Bedroom in Florence

Wow-that is some room!

I would have to have a few dogs too!

And I would have to move the bed.

I wouldn't like an open room behind me. Not very feng shui ish😄

but it is a glorious room!

Re: Villa Bedroom in Florence

The bed doesn't seem to work with the rest of the bedroom. I can envision a lovely sitting area in that spot, though.

@lolakimono

That's huge enough to share with a whole kingdom of BIG cats!  Woman LOL

For me though, doesn't appeal to me at all, nor my 2 kitties.

Thanks for sharing.

The room itself is spectacular!  However, the bed isn't appealing and looks lost.  I would have to have a different set up in such a lovely room.

Re: Villa Bedroom in Florence

I love Italy, but not this bedroom.  I'd feel like I was sleeping in a hallway with all the open space around the bed.

No bedside tables or lamps?  No headboard, if you wanted to sit up in bed?

Easy pass.  I don't want to live in a museum.

Re: Villa Bedroom in Florence

Wow, how majestic.  The architecture takes front and center and in this room, I don't think anything else could compete.
