Velcro Bed Skirt/Ruffle

I'd like to find a bed skirt that has uses Velcro to "attach" the skirt portion to the material that lays across the box spring. This type makes it so much easier to remove for laundering. My current bed skirt is white, old, and dingy and, yes, i have washed it with bleach but its remains pretty dreary looking...time to replace. I know they are out there but they are pricey ! Does anyone have one ? Where did you purchase ? Are you happy with it ?
