Hi Ladies, I need an opinion. I got these branches last year and this year when I put fresh batteries in them they don't work. I emailed Valerie and she did answer me and she said she did not want me disappointed and that she would send out new branches right away. How nice of her. I received the branches today. Now this is the thing: one set of branches is missing the back of the battery box, I looked for it to be sure it was missing and indeed it was. The other branch has an area where all of the bark material is completely off the branch and you can see exposed wires. I took a picture of it and I emailed her back to let her know. I did not attach the photo but I told her if she wanted me to I could. Do you think it was right of me to let her know about them as she sent them to me for free with her regards. I don't like to complain but at the same time I think she would want to know how her products are being received.
Any thoughts?
