I do the looks of her things. The only thing I ever ordered was a wreath, and I sent it back, I was not very impressed.

For those of you who have her things, are they better than Hobby Lobby, Kirklands, or some of the other places that sell home decor?

Where do you like to get your home decor things?

I will never buy from Hobby Lobby because of political reasons.

i have been a Valerie fan for years and have been rarely disappointed. My usual decor places are Pier 1 and Micheals.

I buy from on line, Walmart, Burlingtons and other places. I have some things from Valerie. I do not like all the glitter she uses on some pieces.

I really like Kirkland’s, Hobby Lobby, and Mardels. Pier One and Hallmark have cute items too. I prefer to buy my decorations in person because it’s too big of a hassle to mail things back.

I like some of Valerie's things, I bought last year a beautiful fireplace screen from her and we just love it..Most of my decor comes from Pier One or Pottery Barn though......I do think that Valerie has some very nice things though, very similar to Hobby Lobby, which I also like...

Valerie's stuff is nice enough, and QVC makes it easy to impulse buy.  But, I can usually convince myself that I either don't need or really want some decor item, or I can find something equally nice for less in brick & mortar stores.

Enough of the proselytizing.

Went to the Marshalls/home store last week and they were loaded with Spring decor and Easter bunnies, etc.  Very reasonable pricing too.  I do love Valerie's things but they are a bit pricy, I get many on clearance or as is.

What do you mean "proselytizing"?
