I am finding Valarie's products are not as well made as before. Plus, I will be returning her snow flake lanterns because they are difficult to change batteries. You have to take out the battery pack and then readjust the lights. Please suggest a remote for these products! Will not be buying any more of her battery products that are difficult to change.

I have become very selective on what I buy of hers. Not only I realize how out of control I was,  it was quality control.  Almost all of the lanterns I bought which was alot, started leeking water or the battery box rusted. Not to mention the cost of some of her item's are horrendous.

@dstienecker  -this doesn't belong in the Beauty forum.  Would be better under Q Talk for Suggestion Box

My observation is that items requiring "C" batteries stay lit longer than when small batteries are required. My VPH stuff has held up well, but some go back ten years.

@dstienecker - Welcome to the forums!

Everyone who posted already said it - you should post in another forum. This one is to discuss beauty.

As for your suggestion, vendors might not see it here. You should go to Valerie's Facebook or other social media to make your suggestions.

They are now and have always been mostly Made In China.....

I'm thinking by the several posts that maybe QVC is not the place for you to shop.

Even stuff formerly made in China is having a real drop in quality; didn't think that was possible, but it seems to be with the things I have seen recently. Please remember that most of Valerie's stuff can be purchased other places under different brands; I don't think most of her things are exclusive to Q,  it her brand may be.
