I wonder if they will be sending out returns, because that is a fast shipping date. I hope everyone who wants one is able to receive one. I bought two Gingerbread houses a couple of years ago after they had sold out, and they were both obvious returns with defects. They were listed at full price, not as is.

Hi Tissyanne, I ordered the church early the day it aired and it finally shipped today. I don't know why it took so long to ship but if it comes in looking like a return it will be sent right back. I also ordered the carolers and they shipped right away. Go figure. Did you order the TSV?

I believe when the church sold out during the day, I thought I heard later on that there was a second ship date later in July. Hopefully, you get a brand new church cloche and not a return. I am sure that some will be available due to people to ordered on Q check and just decided not to follow through.

I ordered the Carolers, they will be here on Monday hope it's perfect.

I don't think they will be returns.

I received my carolers yesterday. The cloche is really well made. The glass is thick and the base is heavy. It's the perfect size. The carolers are nice. I'm not so sure the light on the trees is enough to shed light on them though. I'm happy with it and gave it a 5 star review.

Hi Lucy: I wouldn't worry about it not being new. I think its way too fast for someone to have returned it and besides from the reviews I've read, no one has said they wanted to return it. I should get mine Monday or Tues and now i'm thinking I should have gotten more than one to gift so I may still order additional ones. But, as someone else mentioned, there was not really much price difference from the TSV price to the price it is now so I still feel good about ordering more if that ends up being the case. My feeling is that when tens of thousands are ordered, it takes some time to get the shipments out. Mine shipped earlier, but I only ordered 1. Maybe larger orders took a few days longer. I'm sure you will get ones that are wonderful.

I think we are safe ordering additional cloches for another week or so before the returns start rolling in. After that, it could be a slight gamble on the condition of what we receive.

A nice poster told me a few weeks ago that when something 'sold out' ships out a couple days after the presentation, it was probably from someone who was going to send a check. I had ordered something that I was put on a 'wait list' for that shipped a couple days later, and I thought it was a return.......but I examined it with a fine tooth comb and it was new....

Just an FYI...for those who had been on the fence to get the church cloche, you are probably too late to get one now. VPH mentioned on her FB page that there will be no more available/reorders this year. So, it looks like the 2nd ship date of 7/23 is also sold out.

I am grateful we'll be getting ours today. The reviews have been glowing with wonderful comments for all the cloches...thrilled to bits!!!

For those that still want a church cloche at this point, there probably won't be many returns for 'as is', so keep checking in a couple of weeks...hth
