Ta-Da!!!!!!!!!!!  Mine is showing as shipped!  Hopefully it will not be a return that didn't work.  I love the one I have and have been looking forward to gifting this one.

I really hope you get a good working one and not a reject.  I don't really think there's been that much time though for the ones that have been returned to get posted and sent out again.

I know a couple people on facebook were upset because there's weren't working anymore and wondered what valerie could do.

I received two trees from the as is section the other day, and both were like new.   Love them.  I hope yours is like new too.

My tree arrived today.  Since it's a gift, I didn't put batteries in and try it out, as I didn't want it to appear as "used".  But the packaging, etc., looked like it was not a return item.  I did call C/S to see if I had until January to return this if defective, since it's a Christmas gift, and she said that was correct.  This item is so well made that I'm not too worried about it not working.  I've actually used mine several times in the last few days, as we've had some gloomy days.  It's so beautiful....especially on a dark, dreary day!
