If you're going to put a urinal in a bathroom, then you probably have the room to put a regular toilet where that urinal would be. Why would you want to put something that would require special plumbing and mounting that would just lower the value of your home when you could put in a regular toilet? If you were going to buy a home and discovered that the powder room had a urinal instead of a toilet, wouldn't you be annoyed that you'd have to redo the plumbing and renovate to get the room back to normal? It just seems like a silly, irresponsible idea.
