I need to send back a ginormous box for a refund.  I normally take a return to the USPS using the Q’s prepaid return label.  Due to the huge size of the box I want to return, I would love to utilize this feature.  Anybody ever use this?  What tips can you offer & how complicated or not was this process? TIA!

Go to the UPS site, they have all the info you need there.  I have done it with no problem.

I took a package to UPS Store last time using the Q’s return label. I was given a receipt and sent on my way. Within a week, my package was received and 1st easy pay minus return shipping was credited to my account. To me it’s safer to use the Q’s label.

I just had the USPS pick up a package the other day.I just went to the website & scheduled it.It was easy peasy. On the website I was asked if I wanted to leave the package outside the door or have the mailman ring the bell.I chose the ring the bell option. They then sent me a confirmation e mail.

The package was picked up without a hitch!!

Hi @BornToShop, we can help with that! We can request the package be picked up at your home. You can either call Customer Service or email your order number to us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and we will make the arrangements for you.

FYI: CS requested this for me via USPS and the post person REFUSED to take it stating "It's NOT my job". He then walked back to his truck.

I reported it and had to drive the item to the Post Office. I complained to the manager as well and was told that, as per USPS policy, if an employee feels the box is TOO LARGE or TOO HEAVY for them to pick up, they have the right to refuse to do it.

Apparently my guy thought it was just that. My 12 year old carried BOTH to the car, BOTH into the USPS office with no problem. That said, I spent almost 2 hours driving round trip. Go me!!!

@SahmIam, oh my, your story is the exact reason why I posted this thread.  I know how to google, ck ups’s website, etc.   I simply wanted to hear any experiences regarding this particular feature.  Thank you for your post!  I guess I will find out how my first time at this on the 31st.

@BornToShop  This happened last week. QVC CS was shocked and not happy. They wrote it in the notes and sent it up to whomever deals with this kind of stuff. I wasn't happy at all but...what can you do? Hopefully your situation will NOT be like mine and all will go well for you! : )

@BornToShop  I leave packages out for USPS with a note to take them.
