Re: Turquoise Living Room...

Love the turq color and even like the red paired with it--the animal print--not so much and not a fan of the ceramic stools or that monterous asian style thing in the left corner

To my eyes, everything about this rooms design is totally wrong.

I don't care for any of it, but wouldn't criticize anyone who does like it. "Whatever floats your boat".

I love it!  We have several of those ceramic garden stools and they are so useful!  End tables, pot stands, etc.  All of mine are blue and white like that.  We have various shapes too.

Not my taste, but I do like the turquoise!

I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend, til death, your right to say it

Re: Turquoise Living Room...

wow, this has alot of pros and cons for me.   cons... the whole red stripe thing. i don't mind the addition of the red, but the stripe has to go. wall sconces, blech, leopard rug, ick. rattan side chair, gone.

pros.... like the color combo, like the mirror, introduction of the asian pieces. don't mind the patterned celing either.

The only things I like are the ceiling (minus the turq) and the wainscoting.

Re: Turquoise Living Room...

Matching the stripe on the wall to the stripe on the sofa seems just a bit too precious for my tastes. It's a nice look but not one I'd choose.
