I ordered the Trinity 10' garland and selected a delivery time of last week. The item was "shipped" the day before Thanksgiving, but since then the tracking information has only shown "billing information received". I called CS last week and was told I needed to wait until today - to allow the vendor 2 weeks to get it here - as it shipped directly from them. Unfortunately the Q had no more shipping information than what I could see. The UPS truck came and went today, and no garland. It was my first time trying a fresh garland. I'm disappointed not to get it, but CS was very apologetic and helpful - obviously the problem was not on their end. I was just wondering if anyone else had the same issue with a Trinity item?
