@wilma One time I did the opposite, took the sheers away and went with just the valances and blinds and I hated it!
I put the sheers back up.

Glad you like your sheers. I really liked the sheers in the photos I saw online. I think my furnishings & warm tones look more grounded with dark valances. I would still consider sheers in the future if I change my colors and furnishings.
