I did google it and found out that the Texas treehouse that is so famous cost $200,000!

I have watched it but would rather have a second home on a beach than a treehouse. I live in the mountains so I would have the best of both worlds.

Some of the prices these are running are amazing. I would rather have a second residence somewhere else, than pay that much to extend my living space at home. No worries, as neither option is in my near future anyway!
