ReI: Transitional/Traditional Decor...

I know it's just me....I'm starting to not care for the "all XYZ" rooms.

All gray.

All white.

All beige.

I need some color in my life. I LOVE the white but not where it looks like the room has been made void of color. Gray reminds of death and beige...the 50's-70's (sorry, I know for some here that it's a beloved color).

I don't know. I need some color in my home. Love the furnishings, love the accent pieces. Just need color.

I taught Interior Design.

If I may give some hints.  Look in your closet.  Look at your collection of colors.   Are you happiest on the "yellow" side of the color wheel or the "blue" side?

Look at a color wheel.  Where is you happy place?

There will be a "collection" or flow.  What color are your everyday dishes?

@stevieb

I liked the entrance, livingroom, master room, bath, & rear terrace.

Not so much the kitchen & dining room.

Didn't like much of the wall art, accessories, chandelier.  It would have been nice if they added more color.  The furnishings & walls are very neutral which I don't mind, but mixed together, I think it's a tad too much neutral.

I always look forward to you taking the time & posting these photos.  Thank you.

The only thing thing I really don't like is the thing hanging above the fireplace..everything else is lovely.

Agree there's some nice elements and I always like the contrast of dark and light, but wish there were rich and/or vibrant colors in every area.  Plus a more causal style overall.

It's all very gorgeous and posh!  Way too fancy for this simple girl!  I'd love to have the pool, etc. though!

@DREAMON  Agree, I don't care for their art choices over either fireplace...
