Re: Traditional Colonial Kitchen

The designer of this kitchen says:  "Our design transformed the interior and exterior into a modern home that held true to its traditional colonial architecture". I don't see the modern so much.

Re: Traditional Colonial Kitchen

I like that there is a lot of space no matter what style.  I like the dining set and the window treatments, the cabinets are appealing but in general there isn't anything outstanding. The area needs some decor touches.

I like what appears to be the green island and perhaps that shade of green might read a bit 'colonial'. Otherwise, I don't interpret these areas as being particularly colonial at all... Certainly, neither the lighting nor the furniture reads as being 'early American'...

I wouldn't call it colonial, but it is traditional, and I like it!

I like it, but wouldn't necessarily call it colonial.

Re: Traditional Colonial Kitchen

I don't care for it.  I'd want to renovate the whole thing.

I would consider it more traditional style and I like it....

Not a fan of this kitchen. It is nothing special and looks dated to me. JMO

@jubilant

To me, this seems more traditional w/ a modern twist to it.  In any case, I like the lightness & open space, the window treatments & the colored island to break up the wood.  I'd change the table though, too colonial for me.
