I purchased the travel size and have used less than a week. Mine seems to have flattened out in the neck support area. I followed the instructions to use only the stretchy case that came with it, and then put it in a satin case. I'm wondering if I should have ordered the bigger size, but just wanted to see how it felt so I went the less expensive route. It's OK, but flattening after a few nights.

What is your opinion?
