I like this room; however, everything representing an animal, the horns, antlers, zebra skin, better be fake, but probably isn't.

 

Overall, it looks very English and masculine to me.  The type of casters on the chairs from the Regency era...1811-1830 England, but the chairs themselves are more modern, but that doesn't mean this room is in England.

 

Love the paneling. 

 

Like the chandelier with what resembles moose or some animal with very large antlers.  Moose and Africa don't go together though. They don't look like deer.  Don't know.

 

Like the rug design made in the tribal regions of Afghanistan and Iraq and probably other ME countries.   

 

I'd remove the casters on the chairs, the modern lamp, and painting and I'd give this room an A.
