How long did it take for you to adjust to My Pillow? Did it take you one night or a few nights or a week? Just curious as I am still trying to "like" mine a week later.

Unfortunately I never adjusted to mine. Sent it back.

I have had it 2 years and still am not used to it ... in fact I have
had a bout of not sleeping lately and I am starting to blame the
pillow ....

@elruth Once I initially fluff it to the most comfortable position I'm set for the night. Have not had any problems. You cannot expect to just plop you head down on it and be comfortable. That's not how it works. You must position it to be the most comfortable and it will stay that way all night if you don't toss and turn so there is nothing to get used to. My SO found he now doesn't toss and turn since he finds the most comfy position before falling asleep.

The funny thing is that before there were so many pillows on the market I never had a problem with a pillow. Now it seems that there just isn't the right one to be found amongst all the thousands of choices.

HATED mine. I bought the set with the medium and firm, and neither were comfortable for me. Back they went. Good luck!

It took me a week to get use to my pillow. I switched between my pillow and my old pillow from the beginning. DH got use to his in approx 3 minutes.

I would use the entire 30 days, if you are really looking for something to work, and don't have something else you really do love.
Alternating with your old pillow might work, but it might just make it worse in getting used to the new.
And people here are right, it isn't something you just plop down on and that is it. It has to be kind of adjusted to the fit you think is comfortable, and if you move around a lot, you will be readjusting during the night.
Just a suggestion to those that don't like them for under the head sleeping. I need pillows for other things besides that. If you sit up in bed a lot to read, watch tv, work on a laptop etc. these are great for lower back support. You can squish and wad them up for a much firmer support than a traditional pillow. I use them for the same thing when watching tv in the couch in the family room, or as additional prop pillows when someone is not feeling well, and needs to be elevated. They are good for propping up knees or for those that sleep with a pillow between their knees.
So if they aren't quite right for a sleeping pillow for your head, consider other uses that they might serve before giving up on them.

It took me a couple of nights to get used to it. I give it a few hefty punches from the sides, then I’m good to go for the rest of the night.
