Time to buy a stove, looking for suggestions.

My wish list includes a double oven, one being convection and flat top. It must be electric.

Check out the LG models.  I just bought an electric LG stove - not a double stove, but I believe they make them.  I really like it.  GE makes really nice models also.

I bought a GE in November. It is not a double oven, but I am sure they have a double oven model. I can tell you what not to buy, Electrolux.appliances. Terrible brand, did not even last 10 years. Also be aware how the oven racks come out. My old stove had the racks on some type of pulley and it took two people to get the racks out. You had to lift them up and out, and they were very heavy.

I had a Jenn-Aire in my other house - couldn't beat that!  However, they've been purchased by KA, I think, not sure if the quality if the same.

I read GE is coming out with an air-fryer built into their ovens shortly.  Think Frigidaire has one now.  I'd love to have the slide-in GE double oven - especially if it came with an air-fryer function!

Re: Time to buy a stove, looking for suggestions.

I purchased a Samsung slide in 5 years ago and am very pleased with it.  It is electric, glass top and option to cook as convection.  What I love the most,is it fits flush to the wall and the glass top overlaps onto the countertop so it is even with the countertop.  No separation for the crumbs to go down the side.
